the Whispering Giant
monument is a tribute to the Aboriginal people of Manitoba. It is made from a six foot thick and thirty foot high cedar log from the Campbell River in B.C. by wood carver Peter “Wolf” Toth It was unveiled in Winnipeg Beach on September 1, 1991, and is the 67th carving in a long trail of “whispering giants” that started in 1970 and now reaches throughout most of North America.

Winnipeg Beach Water Tower
was designed and constructed in spring of 1928 by Vulcan Iron Works Limited in Winnipeg. It is 120 feet high and has a tank capacity of 90,920 L (20,000 Gallons). The tower has not been in operation since 1964. The tower was designated a Provincial Heritage Site on June 23, 1998
