Special events such as weddings, reunions and sporting events etc, that require the majority of our rooms, bookings must be accompanied with a 50% non refundable deposit. Cancellation policies also apply for these bookings.

All cancellations must be forwarded to hamiltonhouse@mts.net It would be advisable to follow up with a phone call.

Failure to cancel within the specified time or in the event of a no show, you will be charged for your entire booking unless we are able to rebook the room or rooms booked. The exceptions are death, severe illness or accidents which do not allow you to fulfill your commitment. Proof must be submitted to Hamilton House Motel in writing. We do not give refunds for shortened days and it is understood that the Hamilton House Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.
