Failure to cancel within the above specified time or in the event of a no show, a one night’s stay will be charged.  This is in compliance with the credit card guidelines.  We do not give refunds for shortened days and it is understood that the Hamilton House Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, change in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, etc.  A valid credit card number with expiration date or a  cash deposit equal to a one night stay is required for each room booked.

It would be advisable to follow up with a phone call.

Special Events such as weddings, reunions and sporting events, etc, that require the majority of our rooms, bookings must be accompanied with a 25% non refundable deposit.  Regular cancellation policies will also apply for these bookings.
